William Kristol wrong again!
I was right again, and once again William Kristol was wrong. Today he quoted Newsmax, which is wrong even more than Kristol is, saying that Barack Obama was present when the Reverend Wright made the inflammatory speech that is all over rightwing radio (especially our friend Dori Monson’s show).
Well, as usual Mr. Kristol was wrong, Obama was in Florida giving a speech, and Kristol has now posted an apology on the New York Times website. Not really enough to undo the damage.
Here’s a link to a blog I wrote a few months ago about how William Kristol is always wrong:
William Kristol is a menace, a disaster, and always wrong
I may not always be right, but I sure have a better track record than the rightwing cheshire cat Mr. Kristol.

Dori Monson has a persecution complex
about 1 year ago - No comments
Dori Monson has been getting a little paranoid lately and says he is being harassed and threatened because of his “libertarian views,” and that many liberals are trying to get him fired. He has also said that only conservative talk show hosts get threatened, not liberals. Actually that’s not true. There are only two talk
Washington Post readers not too happy that William Kristol was hired

William Kristol, a man who I have said before should have to work for a living instead of writing dishonest newspaper columns was let go by the New York Times when his contract expired. Many of us were relieved that the man who almost singlehandedly campaigned for the Iraq War was gone. But then the
Obama administration frustrated by old White House PCs
about 1 year ago - No comments
According to the Washington Post and Macworld Magazine, the Mac-loving Obama administration was shocked to find the White House full of outdated PC’s. “It’s well-known that Obama himself is a Mac fan, and not surprisingly, his campaign staff was largely powered by a fleet of Macs as well.” The magazine goes on to suggest that
Dori Monson doesn’t know everything
about 1 year ago - No comments
Today Dori Monson kept playing a clip from Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. It was Dori’s theory that Mayor Villaraigosa was ignorant, which he hoped to illustrate by quoting a line wherein the Mayor says people need to talk about gay rights at their churches and shuls. Dori said he didn’t know what a “shul”

If you are a reader of the Reverend Moon-owned Washington Times, you might be surprised that most pundits are giving Obama a huge electoral college lead right now. According to the Times the race is rather close, 212 to 200 Electoral Votes. How do they get those results? Well they still list the following toss-up
If McCain doesn’t want to debate, then send Sarah

So if John McCain doesn’t want to debate Barack Obama Friday night, for whatever reason, his vice-president candidate Sarah Palin should stand in for him. That’s what a vice-president does, right?
Colin Powell to endorse Obama?

A few years ago when I was traveling regularly to Cuba I started a Yahoo group about Cuba. I had several members of that group who were elderly refugees from Cuba, who have a rather slanted view of American politics; namely that being a Democrat is the same as being a traitor to the United
Obama is ahead in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and even Florida

Of course polls this early don’t mean very much. Nevertheless, at this moment, Obama is winning Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Florida. Pollster.com If the election was held today, Obama would win one of the greatest landslides in history.
What passes for reality in Alabama

The New York Times this week had an article about the Pennsylvania Democratic Primary. Specifically they interviewed some rural voters in Pennsylvania. One woman said she would never vote for Obama because he refused to wear an American flag lapel pin. Another said she wouldn’t vote for Obama because he was a Muslim. They both
